Overview
The Oklahoma Joe's 23202164 is a wood-fueled smoker with a stainless steel component and a black finish, weighing 107 pounds. Oklahoma Joe's built its reputation on offset style smokers, and the wood fuel type here fits that design rather than a gas or pellet setup.
No BTU, cooking area or burner count is listed for this model, so its capacity cannot be confirmed from the data. What is clear is the fuel type, wood only, which means this is a hands-on smoker requiring fire management rather than a set and forget pellet or gas unit.

Who it's for
Fits someone experienced with, or willing to learn, wood fire management for low and slow barbecue. Not for anyone wanting a plug in or push button smoking experience.
Pros and cons
- Wood fuel for traditional smoke flavor
- Stainless steel component with black finish
- Substantial 107 lb build
- No cooking area or BTU specs listed
- Wood fire requires active temperature management
Performance notes
Wood fuel means heat comes from an actual fire that needs monitoring and adjustment throughout a cook, unlike gas or pellet smokers that hold temperature automatically. At 107 pounds, the unit has enough mass to help with heat retention, common in offset style smokers.
