Overview
The Aqua Crest AQF-FF45 is an NSF certified replacement water filter cartridge sold in a pack of four, sized at roughly 4.7 x 4.7 x 8 inches. It suits households replacing an existing filter housing of the same dimensions rather than buying a whole new system.
Because Aqua Crest builds compatible cartridges rather than proprietary systems, this filter is meant to slot into an existing housing rather than stand alone. The listing does not specify which brand's system it replaces, so match the AQF-FF45's size and thread pattern against your current cartridge before ordering. NSF certification covers the filtration claims Aqua Crest tested to, though it does not by itself confirm fit.

- Pack of 4 cartridges
- Compact 4.72 x 4.72 x 8.07 in size
- Aqua Crest brand
Who it's for
Best suited to anyone already running a filter housing sized near 4.7 x 4.7 x 8 inches who needs a stock of replacement cartridges rather than a new install. Less useful to someone shopping for a complete filtration system, since this is the cartridge alone.
Pros and cons
- Sold as a four pack, cutting down on reorder frequency
- NSF certified filtration
- No stated compatibility list, so fit must be confirmed independently
- No specific certification standard number given
Performance notes
NSF certification indicates the filter media met a recognized testing standard, though the listing does not break out which specific NSF standard, such as 42 for taste and odor or 53 for health contaminants, it was certified under. Filter life will depend on household water usage and source water quality rather than a fixed number given here.
