Overview
Coopay's set of 9 metal crochet hooks, sized B/1 (2mm) through J/10 (6mm), wraps each head in a color-coded silicone grip and throws in a stitch marker.
The soft silicone handles and smooth, hand-polished metal heads are the two features buyers actually comment on: comfort over long crocheting sessions and yarn gliding cleanly off the hook without catching. The one recurring gripe is that hook sizes aren't printed on the handles, so users track them by color instead.
- 9 hooks sized 2mm to 6mm (B/1 to J/10)
- Silicone soft-grip, color-coded handles
- Hand-polished metal heads
- Includes a stitch marker
Who it's for
Beginners building a first hook set and anyone dealing with hand fatigue or stiff fingers during long sessions will benefit most. It matters less to someone who already owns a preferred hook brand and full size range.
Pros and cons
- Soft grip reduces hand fatigue on long sessions
- Smooth heads glide through yarn without snagging
- 9 sizes cover fine to medium gauge work
- Hook sizes are color-coded, not printed on handles
- Stitch marker is a small add-on, easy to misplace
