Overview
Driving for distance at any swing speed is the brief for the Vice Drive, a two-layer ball with a cut-resistant Surlyn cover. Its dimple pattern raises trajectory while low spin straightens drives.
Distance and durability make it a sensible everyday ball: low driver spin for more fairways and a cover that resists cuts. An alignment aid helps on the tee and green. Short game spin is modest by design.
Who it's for
Weekend golfers and slower swingers chasing distance get a forgiving ball that lasts. Players who rely on spin around greens should choose a urethane model.
Pros and cons
- Low driver spin for straighter drives
- Higher trajectory and landing angle
- Cut-resistant Surlyn cover
- Works across swing speeds
- Less greenside spin
- Material listed as polyurethane in specs
- Medium firm feel
Performance notes
Low spin off the driver reduces sidespin, which governs how far a miss curves. The dimple pattern raises peak height for steeper landings. The Surlyn cover makes it tough and cut resistant, with a medium firm, springy response.
