Overview
The PIT Boss 10791 is a propane smoker built with a stainless steel body in red. Beyond fuel type, material, and color, the available listing data doesn't include dimensions, cooking area, or BTU output.
PIT Boss is best known for pellet grills, so a propane, stainless steel smoker in red stands apart from that typical lineup. With so few specs published, buyers should look to the manufacturer's own listing or manual for capacity and output figures before purchasing.

Who it's for
Fits someone specifically wanting a propane-fueled smoker from PIT Boss rather than the brand's more common pellet models. Not useful for comparison shopping on capacity, since size and cooking area aren't listed here.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel construction
- Propane fuel for easier ignition than charcoal
- No dimensions or cooking area listed
- No BTU output published
Performance notes
Propane fuel typically offers easier temperature control than charcoal or wood, though without a listed BTU rating or cooking area here, actual heat output and capacity aren't confirmed.
