Overview
A cordless clipper built for thick, matted, curly, or wavy coats, with detachable metal combs for coat lengths from 1.5 to 13 millimeters. IPX7 waterproof rating allows use in the bath. Recommended for doodles, poodles, shih tzus, and other dense coated breeds.
Oneisall pitches this at owners who groom thick or matted coats at home rather than paying for professional visits, and the metal combs, instead of plastic, are the detail that backs that up, since metal holds up better against dense fur that would flex or crack a cheaper comb. The stainless steel blade set covers a fairly wide cutting range for one clipper, from a close 1.5mm trim up to a longer 13mm.
- 1.5mm to 13mm adjustable cutting length
- IPX7 waterproof, safe for bath use
- 2 hour USB charge time
- 0.72kg, stainless steel blade
Who it's for
Owners of double coated, curly, or matted breeds such as Great Pyrenees, Poodles, Doodles, Shih Tzus, Goldens, and Labradors who want to groom at home instead of booking a professional. Less suited to owners who only need occasional light touch ups on short haired dogs.
Pros and cons
- Metal combs built to handle thick, matted fur
- IPX7 waterproof for bath-time grooming
- Wide 1.5 to 13mm cutting range
- Cordless with USB charging
- Full charge takes around 2 hours
- May be more clipper than short-haired dogs need
Performance notes
The stainless steel blade adjusts across a 1.5 to 13 millimeter range using detachable metal combs, and the IPX7 rating means the whole unit can be rinsed or used in the bath without risk. A full charge takes about 2 hours over USB, and the low vibration motor is aimed at keeping nervous dogs calmer during a trim.
