Overview
Not an all-in-one, this Brother compact laser does one job: fast black and white printing with automatic two-sided pages. It connects over dual-band Wi-Fi or USB, and the Brother Mobile Connect app prints and manages it from a phone.
Quick, crisp text printing in a small footprint is the reason to buy for home offices. There is no scanning or copying, and output is black only.
Who it's for
Students, remote workers and small offices printing reports and forms fit here. Users who scan paperwork need an all-in-one.
Pros and cons
- Fast monochrome printing
- Phone app control
- Black and white only
- Tray capacity listed two ways
Performance notes
Laser toner produces crisp, easy to read text at speed, and automatic duplexing cuts paper use. Dual-band wireless gives more connection options on a busy home network.
