Overview
A 12 lb weight vest built with an ironsand filler and neoprene shell, sized for adding resistance to walking, running or strength circuits without needing a full plate carrier.
The ironsand fill keeps the vest slim compared to sand-filled bags, and the neoprene shell is meant to sit close to the torso during movement rather than bounce loose weight around. At 12 lb, it targets light to moderate loading rather than max-effort strength work.
- 12 lb ironsand and neoprene weight vest
- Black colorway
- Aimed at workout, strength training, running and walking use
- Compact 5.64 kg overall weight
Who it's for
Suits walkers, runners and general strength trainees looking to add a fixed 12 lb of resistance to bodyweight work. Not for lifters chasing heavier vest loads, since this model isn't described as expandable.
Pros and cons
- Fixed 12 lb load for walking, running or strength circuits
- Ironsand fill keeps bulk low for the weight
- Neoprene shell designed to sit close during movement
- Weight is fixed at 12 lb, not adjustable
- No sizing detail beyond one listed size
Performance notes
Ironsand filler distributes weight in a dense, low-bulk form, and the neoprene construction is intended to stay snug through movement rather than shift like a loose sandbag vest can.
