Overview
A 12 lb pink weight vest from TB3C in nylon construction, weighing 5.64 kilograms as shipped. Built for adding resistance to walking, running, or bodyweight training without extra equipment.
This is a fixed-load vest rather than an adjustable one, so the 12 lb rating is the total resistance you get, not a range. The nylon shell and pink colorway point to it being marketed for walking and home cardio use rather than heavy strength training.
- 12 lb fixed resistance
- Nylon shell
- Pink colorway
- 5.64 kg total item weight
Who it's for
Suits someone who wants a light, fixed amount of extra resistance for walking, hiking, or bodyweight circuits. Lifters looking to scale load up over time will outgrow a fixed 12 lb vest quickly.
Pros and cons
- Fixed 12 lb load adds resistance to walking or bodyweight work
- Lightweight enough for everyday cardio use
- Weight is fixed, not adjustable
- No description or fit details provided by the listing
Performance notes
Weight vests like this work by distributing added mass across the torso so the wearer carries extra load during everyday movement, raising the effort of walking or bodyweight exercises without changing the movement itself. Because the load here is fixed at 12 lb, the training effect stays constant unless the vest is swapped out for a heavier one.
