Unicook CPH12001 Round Pizza Stone 12 Inch

Overview

A cordierite outdoor cooking stone from Unicook in a beige finish, part of the same cordierite stone lineup as the brand's rectangular pizza stones. No dimensions are listed for this model, so confirm size against your grill or oven before ordering.

Unicook sells several cordierite stones under different model numbers, and the CPH12001 sits in that lineup without published dimensions in this listing. The material itself is the known quantity: cordierite handles the heat swings of a grill or oven better than ceramic and gives pizza and flatbread crusts the same even, moisture drawing base that stone baking is chosen for.

• Unicook CPH12001 cooking stone
• Cordierite construction
• Beige finish
• Part of Unicook's stone lineup

Who it's for

Fits a buyer already comfortable with cordierite stone baking who wants another Unicook stone, ideally after confirming size with the seller since it is not listed here. Less suited to a first time buyer who needs exact measurements up front.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Cordierite construction gives this stone the same heat retention and thermal shock resistance as other stones in its category, holding steady temperature under dough or flatbread rather than spiking and cooling with the grill. Without listed dimensions, actual cooking surface area and fit on a specific grill are not confirmed here.
