Overview
Pressing one button starts the takeoff or landing on this red SYMA helicopter, and front obstacle avoidance helps it steer clear of objects. Seven colors of LED lights and altitude hold round out the features.
Beginners get several aids in one small plastic helicopter, and two included batteries stretch the play time. Speed is modest and it is made for rooms, so outdoor wind is a limit.
Who it's for
Kids flying around a living room get a forgiving model with extra battery time. Older pilots who want power and range should choose something bigger.
Pros and cons
- Front obstacle avoidance
- One-key takeoff and landing
- Two batteries included
- Seven-color LED lights
- Indoor use only
- Age field garbled
- Speed is low
- Charger not listed
Performance notes
Altitude hold maintains height, and obstacle avoidance at the front helps it avoid objects. The listed play time is for both batteries together, so a single battery gives less.
