Overview
On a bedroom desk or kitchen table, this plastic desk converts between an easel and a flat drawing surface. A flip-up magnifying screen enlarges a phone image to trace on the dry erase board, and an arm holds the phone for video.
Tracing, coloring and filming come in one set for kids and tweens who want to share their drawings. The listed light is the phone itself, which is sold separately, and the desk dimensions are not stated.
Who it's for
A family with a spare phone for tracing and recording will get the full use from it. Artists wanting a bright LED light box for paper tracing should look at a dedicated pad.
Pros and cons
- Easel or flat desk modes
- Magnifying screen for tracing
- Phone arm for recording
- Dry erase surface is reusable
- Phone not included
- No built-in light listed
- Desk size not stated
Performance notes
A phone image is magnified through the flip-up screen so lines can be traced onto the dry erase board and transferred to paper. Image sharpness and trace accuracy depend on the phone screen brightness and its position on the holder.
