Overview
This Amazon Basics exercise ball is an anti-burst PVC ball, 23 to 26 inches inflated, rated for up to 600 pounds of static weight. It ships deflated with a hand pump included for setup.
Anti-burst PVC means the ball deflates gradually if punctured rather than popping, which matters if it will bear body weight as an office chair or during balance work.
- 23 to 26 inch inflated diameter
- 600 lb static weight capacity
- Anti-burst PVC construction
- Includes hand pump
Pros and cons
- Holds air well over repeated use
- Anti-burst design deflates slowly if punctured
- Included pump inflates it quickly with little effort
- Diameter may be too short for use as a standing desk chair
Performance notes
The PVC construction and textured surface are meant to keep the ball stable under body weight during seated or balance exercises, and the anti-burst design slowly deflates instead of popping if punctured.
