Overview
The Giantex GX10849WH-FP is a 1.5 cu ft portable washing machine with an 11 lb capacity, LED display, 8 wash programs, 10 water levels, a built-in drain pump and child lock, sized for apartments, dorms and RVs.
As a washer-only portable unit with a spin cycle rather than a true dryer, it is meant to pair with air-drying rather than replace a dryer outright.
- 11 lb clothes capacity
- 8 wash programs, 10 water levels
- Built-in drain pump
- Child lock and LED display
Who it's for
Apartment and dorm dwellers without in-unit laundry who want to wash and spin-dry small to medium loads at home, including full-size sheet sets. Not a substitute for a full-size machine handling large family loads or heavy bedding regularly.
Pros and cons
- Built-in drain pump for easy water removal
- Handles a full-size sheet set within capacity
- Costs less over time than laundromat visits
- One buyer's unit stopped washing after about a year, though spin still worked

Frequently asked questions
How much laundry can the Giantex GX10849WH-FP wash at once?
It has an 11 lb clothes capacity, which one reviewer says comfortably fits a full microfiber sheet set.
Does the Giantex portable washer fully dry clothes?
No, it spins to remove up to 95% of water for faster air-drying, but it does not heat-dry clothes like a standalone dryer.
