Overview
Natural Dog Company's tear stain wipes use aloe vera, eyebright, and witch hazel to clean around a dog's eyes. The 100 count jar is unscented and formulated for sensitive skin.
Tear stain wipes address the visible buildup and discharge around a dog's eyes rather than the underlying cause of staining, which can range from breed anatomy to diet. The active ingredient list here, aloe vera, eyebright, and witch hazel, leans toward gentle, hypoallergenic cleansing rather than a medicated stain remover.
- Aloe vera, eyebright, and witch hazel formula
- 100 count, unscented, hypoallergenic wipes
- Vegan and natural material features
- Jar with wipes included
Who it's for
Dogs with everyday tear stains, eye discharge, or gunk buildup around the eyes, particularly breeds prone to staining. Dogs with eye infections, injuries, or chronic discharge should see a veterinarian rather than rely on wipes alone.
Pros and cons
- Unscented and hypoallergenic formula for sensitive skin
- 100 count jar supports daily use
- Aloe vera and witch hazel for gentle cleansing
- Addresses surface buildup, not the underlying cause of staining
- Not a treatment for eye infections or injuries
Performance notes
The witch hazel and aloe vera combination is meant to lift buildup without irritating the sensitive skin around the eye, while the unscented, hypoallergenic formulation reduces the chance of reaction in dogs prone to skin sensitivity. At 100 wipes per jar, the count supports daily use over an extended period.
