Overview
An eye drop and wash from Wondercide's Rescue line for dogs and cats, formulated with pure hypochlorous to address itchy, red or irritated eyes and discharge. It comes in a 4 oz bottle with a dropper nozzle applicator.
Hypochlorous-based eye care is generally used as a gentle rinse and irritation reliever rather than a medicated treatment, and the directions here call for daily use as maintenance or twice-daily reapplication until the condition subsides. It is also labeled safe for use around the mouth, nose, ears and paws, so the same bottle can double for general cleanup beyond just the eyes.
- Pure hypochlorous eye drop and wash
- For dogs and cats, 4 oz bottle
- Adjustable dropper nozzle, no rinse needed
- Also usable around mouth, nose, ears and paws
Who it's for
Dog and cat owners dealing with occasional eye irritation, allergy-related discharge or general area cleanup around the face. It is not positioned as a substitute for a vet visit if symptoms persist.
Pros and cons
- Hypochlorous formula for eyes as well as mouth, nose, ears and paws
- Adjustable dropper nozzle for direct application
- No rinse needed after use
- 30 day guarantee from Wondercide
- Directions call for twice-daily use until symptoms ease, so it is not a one-time fix
- Listing itself says to consult a vet if the condition persists
Performance notes
Application is either 2 to 3 drops directly in each eye from the adjustable dropper nozzle, or wiping the area with a saturated cotton pad, applied twice daily until symptoms ease and then daily for maintenance. No rinsing is needed afterward, and the bottle carries a 30 day guarantee.
