Overview
An indoor or outdoor practice space is what this knotted polyethylene net is built for, giving hitters and pitchers something to throw and swing into. It ships with climbing buckles for attaching it and a storage bag, and the style is listed as only net.
The reason to buy is the large knotted net with attachment buckles and a carry bag, for batting and pitching work. The limitation is that no poles, frame or stakes are listed, so the setup is on you.
Who it's for
A team or family that practices hitting and pitching and can rig the net between existing supports. Buyers who want an all-in-one cage with a frame should pick a kit that lists one, since this listing does not.
Pros and cons
- Knotted polyethylene net construction
- Climbing buckles included for attaching
- Storage bag included
- Suits baseball and softball practice
- Net only, no frame listed
- Setup supports must come from you
- Stated weights differ between listing fields
Performance notes
Stopping power depends on the knotted strand construction and how tightly the net is hung, since slack lets a ball push the netting back. The mesh edge length sets what size ball is caught, which is why it is described for both sports. Hanging points and buckles carry the load, so anchor strength matters.
