GHB Soccer Agility Training Equipment Set

Overview

A single plastic agility ladder in yellow, GHB's BY16 is designed to lie flat on the ground for footwork, speed and coordination drills used in sports training and conditioning work.

Title and category tree agree directly, both describing an agility ladder rather than any other training tool. Material and color are the only confirmed specs, so buyers should check listed length and rung count with the seller before ordering.

• Made of plastic
• Yellow color

Who it's for

Coaches, trainers or athletes who need a flat ladder for footwork and agility drills. Not suited to buyers who need a specific length or rung spacing confirmed, since neither is listed.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Plastic rung ladders lie flat for footwork patterns and typically hold their position through their own weight or added stakes, so how well one stays put during quick drills depends on the ground surface, a detail not covered in this listing.
