Overview
The Upgraded WB-Black-E is a metal weight bench measuring 66.9 inches deep, 24.2 inches wide, and 35 inches tall, weighing 18.69 kilograms, finished in black.
The 66.9 inch depth is long for a flat bench, suggesting this model may extend to an incline or decline position or include a leg attachment, though the listing does not spell out which. Its metal frame and near 19 kilogram weight point to a stable base rather than a foldable travel bench.
- Metal frame construction
- 66.9 x 24.2 x 35 inch dimensions
- 18.69 kilogram weight
- Black finish
Who it's for
Fits home gym users setting up a dedicated bench station for pressing and other bench work. Less ideal for anyone needing a bench that folds flat for storage in a small space, since nothing in the specs points to folding.
Pros and cons
- Solid metal frame adds stability during lifts
- Long 66.9 inch depth accommodates a full lying position
- No fold-flat storage feature mentioned
- At 24.2 inches wide, it needs a dedicated floor footprint
Performance notes
At 18.69 kilograms the frame carries enough mass to stay planted during bench presses and similar lifts, with the 66.9 inch depth allowing room for a full lying position and possible leg attachment.
