Overview
The SOFTSOUL agility ladder has 12 fixed rungs made from nylon and polyethylene webbing, built for footwork drills like speed and agility training. It weighs about 2 pounds and comes in yellow.
Fixed-rung ladders, as opposed to adjustable-rung designs, keep spacing consistent every time the ladder is laid out, which is what the tangle free description points at: less time untangling rungs, more time running drills.
- 12 fixed rungs
- Nylon and polyethylene material
- About 2 pounds
- Yellow color
Who it's for
Fits athletes, coaches or trainers running footwork and speed drills, whether for team sports practice or individual conditioning. Less relevant to someone who wants adjustable rung spacing for varied drill patterns.
Pros and cons
- Fixed 12-rung layout stays tangle free
- Heavy duty nylon and polyethylene build
- Lightweight at about 2 pounds for easy transport
- Rung spacing is fixed, not adjustable for different drill widths
Performance notes
Nylon and polyethylene construction is chosen for agility ladders because it resists tangling and holds up to being dragged, stepped on and rolled up repeatedly during training. Fixed rungs mean setup is quick since there is no spacing to adjust.
