Overview
MSI builds this MAG monitor around a Rapid IPS panel tuned for speed, pairing QHD resolution with very high refresh. AI Vision brightens dark areas, and a white housing suits light themed setups.
Fast refresh and a quick IPS response make motion clean in shooters and racers. The white finish stands out on light desks. HDR is entry level, so bright highlights stay modest.
Who it's for
Competitive FPS and racing players with GPUs that push high frame rates will notice the speed. HDR movie fans should look at MiniLED or OLED panels.
Pros and cons
- Very high refresh rate
- Fast Rapid IPS response
- VESA mount support
- Software blue light reduction
- Entry level HDR
- Tilt only stand per the title
- Needs a strong GPU for full refresh
Performance notes
Refresh rate gains only show when the GPU delivers matching frame rates. Rapid IPS holds colors consistent at wide angles. Entry level HDR lifts contrast slightly but lacks local dimming.
