Overview
Renters, dorm residents and RV owners get a freestanding, front loading dryer that tumbles small loads in a stainless steel tub. The listing describes it as vented, with built in intelligent programs to run the drying cycle.
Its small footprint lets laundry get dried in a space where a full size machine will never go. Load size is the limit: the drum is meant for a few garments at a time, and no venting hose appears in the parts list, so plan where the moist air will go.
Who it's for
Small living spaces with room to vent warm, damp air suit this dryer. Families washing big loads, or anyone with nowhere to direct the exhaust, will be better served by a full size machine.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel tub inside the drum
- Front door for easy loading
- Freestanding, no built in installation
- Preset intelligent drying programs
- Small drum suits light loads only
- Venting hose absent from included parts
- Voltage and plug type not listed
- Short warranty period
Performance notes
Drying speed depends on how much air moves through the tub and how quickly the vent carries moisture away, so a lightly loaded drum dries faster than a packed one. Because the unit is vented, damp exhaust has to go somewhere, and running it in a closed small room will raise the humidity there.
