Overview
Back doors, garage entries and apartment doors where hands are often full suit this Veise lever set, since a lever opens with an elbow. A Wi-Fi smart deadbolt above it handles fingerprint, code, card and app entry.
Levers plus keyless entry make coming in with groceries or a child easier than a knob. The door must have the right spacing between handle and lock holes, and the listing gives no battery duration.
Who it's for
Families, older residents and anyone carrying things through the door will appreciate levers with keyless entry. Doors with tight hole spacing or knob only hardware may need a different set.
Pros and cons
- Lever handles open with an elbow
- No hub for remote control
- Silent mode for night returns
- Away mode limits entry methods
- Hole spacing requirement limits fit
- Battery life given only as a comparison
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only
- Batteries not included
Performance notes
Fit depends on the distance between the lever hole and the deadbolt hole, which must meet the stated minimum. Remote features rely on the built in Wi-Fi reaching the door. Wrong code attempts trigger phone alerts and a temporary lockout.
