Overview
Cocking with the included rope device and rope-hold technology gives the Barnett Wildcat consistent string draw for repeatable shots. The bundle adds a dot sight, arrows, broadheads, a sidemount quiver, wax and a neoprene cover.
Light weight and a complete kit make it easy to carry into the stand and start shooting. Its speed is modest, which shortens effective range.
Who it's for
Made for hunters who value light carry and a ready to use kit. Left-handed shooters and long range hunters should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Light and compact
- Sight, arrows and quiver included
- Rope cocking device included
- Anti-dry fire protection
- Right hand only
- Warranty only in manual
Performance notes
Rope-hold cocking pulls the string evenly each time, which helps groups stay tight. Moderate arrow speed means trajectory drops faster at distance, so shots suit shorter ranges.
