Overview
The Meow Manor Wall from Purrfect Portal is a no-flap cat door built for cutting into an interior wall rather than a door, sized for cats up to 20 lbs.
Because it mounts through a wall opening instead of a door panel, it suits homes where cutting a hole in a door is not practical, such as hollow or solid doors an owner does not want to modify. The no-flap design removes the swinging panel that flap-shy cats often hesitate to push through.
- No-flap wall-mounted design
- Fits cats up to 20 lbs
- DIY installation
- Interior wall use
Who it's for
Cats that refuse flap doors, and owners who would rather cut a wall opening than modify a door, are the fit here. It is not intended for exterior use between a home and outdoors.
Pros and cons
- No-flap opening needs no training to use
- Installs in a wall instead of a door
- Rated for cats up to 20 lbs
- No listed dimensions or materials in the data
- Open passage offers no draft or pest barrier
- Wall installation is more involved than a door-mounted flap
Performance notes
With no flap to push through, the opening stays clear, which the listing frames as removing the need to train a cat to use it. Installation is DIY through the wall rather than the door itself.
