Overview
The GORUCK CWV-0101 is a nylon training vest sized for L/XL frames, with a listed item weight of 0.85 kilograms, about 1.9 pounds. That's light for a weight vest, which suggests this figure covers the empty carrier rather than a loaded vest.
Anyone comparing this to a fully loaded vest should double check the actual training weight before buying, since 1.9 pounds would be unusually light for that purpose.

Who it's for
Suited to someone specifically sized for L/XL who wants a nylon vest carrier from this brand. Not for buyers who need the listing itself to confirm total training weight, since that figure isn't clearly stated here.
Pros and cons

- Nylon shell keeps the empty vest light
- Loaded training weight is not clearly stated
- No description of pockets or strap adjustment
Performance notes
The nylon shell is the only construction detail given, with no mention of load pockets, plate inserts or strap adjustment. Training use will depend heavily on details not covered in this listing, particularly how weight is added to or removed from the vest.
