Overview
A rideshare back seat or a family SUV with several passengers is the kind of space this recorder covers, using four cameras, a main unit with a screen and a rear unit on a cable.
Cabin night vision comes from a larger set of infrared lights, and the Wi-Fi transfer is quick. Parking coverage is conditional on wiring that the contents omit. The screen size appears with two different figures.
Who it's for
Car, truck and SUV owners who carry passengers or need all-round footage will use the four channels and the fast phone link. Drivers wanting a ready-to-use parking mode, or higher front resolution, should look at other models.
Pros and cons
- Four video channels
- Many infrared lights
- Fast Wi-Fi transfer
- GPS and G-sensor
- Parking mode needs a hardwire kit
- Resolution capped at full HD
- Screen size listed two ways
Performance notes
Night footage in the cabin depends on the infrared lights and each lens's aperture, and full HD on every channel spreads the card across four streams. Transfer speed depends on the Wi-Fi link to the phone. A supercapacitor is built in.
