Overview
The Hands US-FB-001 is a plastic agility ladder in warm yellow, built for footwork drills like high knees, lateral steps, and quick-feet patterns used in sports training and speed conditioning.
Agility ladders are simple by design: flat plastic rungs connected by straps that lie on the ground to mark foot placement. The value is in the drills performed on it rather than any feature of the ladder itself, so durability of the rungs and ease of laying it flat matter more than anything else on the spec sheet.
- Plastic construction
- Warm yellow color for visibility
- Model US-FB-001
- Built for footwork and agility drills
Who it's for
Good for athletes, coaches, and home trainers running footwork and speed drills. Not relevant to anyone doing strength training or stationary exercise.
Pros and cons
- Bright warm yellow for visibility during drills
- Plastic rungs, lightweight to carry and roll up
- Plastic rungs can flip or shift on uneven ground
- No adjustable rung spacing noted
Performance notes
The plastic rungs are meant to lie flat on turf, court, or pavement for drill work; there is no resistance or adjustment involved, just the ladder length and rung spacing that come pre-set.
