Verdana Organic MCT Oil 32 fl oz

Overview

Verdana's MCT oil is a 32 fluid ounce bottle of organic C8 and C10 medium-chain triglycerides sourced from organic coconuts, left unflavored and free of palm oil. It is positioned for coffee additions and keto-style diets.

The C8 and C10 chain breakdown matters for MCT oil since these two chains are metabolized faster than longer-chain MCTs like C12, and the listing specifically calls out both are present rather than just a generic MCT label. At 32 fluid ounces this is a larger bottle than the small starter sizes common in the category, useful for daily coffee users who go through oil quickly. It carries multiple diet tags including gluten free, keto, kosher, paleo and vegan.

• 32 fl oz bottle
• Organic C8 and C10 MCT oil
• No palm oil, unflavored
• Keto, paleo, kosher, vegan diet tags

Who it's for

Suits someone adding MCT oil to coffee or smoothies daily who wants a larger bottle and diet-tag coverage across keto, paleo, kosher and vegan needs. Less suited to someone who wants a small trial size before committing to a full 32 ounce bottle.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

C8 and C10 chain MCTs convert to ketones more readily than longer-chain fats, which is the basis for MCT oil's use around energy and keto diets, though individual response varies. Unflavored oil blends into hot coffee or cold smoothies without altering taste the way flavored versions can.
