Overview
A 20x50 binocular in Flyant's rubber-armored, water-resistant build, with a BAK4 porro prism and FMC-coated lens aimed at hunters, hikers and stargazers wanting long-range reach on a budget.
This is the same 20x50 Premium build as Flyant's other listing in this range, styled here as a gift-oriented color option rather than a separate design. The spec sheet points to the same 26mm eyepiece, green FMC coating and soft-covered focus wheel, so expect the same trade-off of high stated magnification against real-world optical performance typical of budget compacts at this price.
- 20x zoom eyepiece with a stated 168-yard field of view at 1000 yards
- BAK4 porro prism with green FMC anti-reflective coating
- Rubber-armored, water-resistant construction
- 26mm eyepiece designed to reduce eye fatigue on long sessions
Who it's for
Aimed at casual outdoor users, campers and gift buyers who want a long-range binocular without premium pricing. Not the choice for buyers who need lab-verified optical specs or a snug fit over glasses.
Pros and cons
- Rubber-armored, water-resistant body for outdoor use
- BAK4 prism with FMC coating for brighter images
- Soft-covered focus wheel for one-finger adjustment
- Compact grip design for extended handheld use
- Eyepiece design may not suit glasses wearers
Performance notes
The BAK4 porro prism and green FMC coating are built to boost light transmission and reduce glare, while the rubber-coated, textured body is meant for a secure grip in outdoor conditions. A single-finger center focus wheel with a soft cover is designed to lock onto a sharp image without excess hunting.
