Overview
DeMarini built the Exile as a one-piece alloy BBCOR bat with a massive barrel and a lightweight composite end cap for bat speed. A removable taper under the grip and a softer Damplify knob tune hand comfort through the swing.
A big, balanced barrel suits hitters who want power without an end-loaded feel. The stiff one-piece build sends more sting on off-center contact than a two-piece design.
Who it's for
Made for players in leagues that require BBCOR who like stiff feedback on contact. Younger players in USSSA or youth leagues need a different certification.
Pros and cons
- Massive barrel profile
- Balanced swing weight
- Removable handle taper
- Damplify knob reduces vibration
- Stiff one-piece feel
- Sting on mishits
- Only the 32 inch size here
Performance notes
A one-piece alloy frame transfers energy directly, giving the stiffest feel in the lineup. Spreading weight along the barrel balances the swing, while the composite end cap trims weight to protect bat speed.
