Overview
An office desk or small print room gets a wide-format inkjet that prints, scans, copies and faxes, with an automatic document feeder and a flatbed glass. Duplexing is automatic, and an app handles control.
Wide paper support lets an office print and copy larger pages, and the feeder with automatic duplex scanning speeds up multi-page jobs. The limit is the footprint and weight, and ink arrives in four separate cartridges.
Who it's for
A shared office or home office printing mixed documents on plain paper, envelopes and labels, with wide pages now and then. Occasional home users with little room should consider a smaller printer.
Pros and cons
- Automatic duplex print and scan
- Automatic document feeder
- Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connections
- Large paper capacity
- Heavy and large for a desk
- Four separate ink cartridges
- Included cartridges are setup size
- Feeder page capacity not listed
Performance notes
Print speed is rated separately for black and color, with black faster. The automatic duplexer and the feeder handle two-sided jobs without hand-flipping, and the flatbed scanner covers bound or legal-size originals. Output detail is set by the maximum print resolution, and the app-based control method manages the printer from a phone.
