Overview
WCB's carp hookbait pack contains roughly 25 dumbbell shaped wafter baits in a sweet corn flavor, sized around 16 by 12 millimeters and weighing about 30 grams per pack.
Wafters are a carp fishing staple because they balance between sinking and floating, letting anglers fine-tune presentation near the bottom or just off it. The sweet corn flavor and yellow color are a classic carp attractant combination, and the dumbbell shape is designed to sit naturally on a hair rig.
- Carp wafter hookbait
- Sweet corn flavor, yellow color
- 16 x 12 mm dumbbell size
- About 25 pieces per pack
Who it's for
Carp anglers running hair rigs who want a flavored wafter hookbait in a ready-made pack. Not relevant to anglers targeting species other than carp or those who prefer boilies over wafters.
Pros and cons
- Sweet corn flavor is a proven carp attractant profile
- Dumbbell shape suited to hair rig presentation
- About 25 pieces per pack for repeat use
- Exact buoyancy or sink rate is not specified
- Single flavor and color option
Performance notes
The dumbbell shape is built to thread onto a hair rig and sit with balanced buoyancy, a presentation carp anglers use to keep bait hovering just above bottom debris or weed. With around 25 pieces per pack, there's enough for several sessions of re-baiting.
