Overview
Golfers with moderate swing speeds get a low compression tour ball tuned for distance off the tee. A VeloSurge core and mantle build ball speed, while the Reactiv iQ cover grips the face for spin around the green.
Distance for slower swingers without giving up a urethane cover is the reason to try it. One sleeve suits testing the fit before buying a dozen.
Who it's for
Mid handicap and senior golfers with moderate swing speeds suit this ball, and yellow helps tracking in flight. Faster swingers should look at the XS model built for higher speeds.
Pros and cons
- Low compression for moderate speeds
- Urethane cover for spin
- Yellow for visibility
- Sleeve to test before buying more
- Only three balls
- Diameter and warranty not listed
- Distance focus over maximum spin
Performance notes
Low compression lets slower swings load the core, which converts more energy into ball speed. The urethane cover stays on the face longer for spin on short shots. Dimple design governs how flat the flight is.
