Overview
Bridgestone built the XS for faster swing speeds and added a MindSet design meant to help players separate analysis from the athletic swing. A urethane cover and VeloSurge core aim for spin and speed together.
High speed players get spin and a mental focus cue in one ball. The MindSet benefit is a design claim, and only a sleeve is offered here.
Who it's for
Low handicap and fast swing players suit the XS fitting. Moderate swing speeds should choose the RX or RXS.
Pros and cons
- Fitted for fast swings
- Urethane cover for spin
- MindSet focus design
- Sleeve to test
- Only three balls
- MindSet benefit unproven
- Compression not stated
Performance notes
A firmer response matches fast swings that compress the core fully. The urethane cover delivers spin on wedges. The MindSet design is a visual cue, not a change to flight.
