Overview
Not a battery-only illuminated scope, the Triton Ronin HD uses a fiber optic reticle boosted by battery illumination for daylight and low light. Its second focal plane design holds the reticle at the same size as you zoom.
A daylight-bright reticle and an included mount make it ready to go on a rifle without extra parts. Eye relief, tube diameter and the battery type are not listed, which matters for fitting and long waits in the field.
Who it's for
Made for hunting and range use at moderate distances. Shooters who need holdovers at any magnification, or detailed turret specs, should look at other optics.
Pros and cons
- Bright fiber reticle for daylight
- Adjustable illumination levels
- Eye relief and tube size not listed
- SFP holds valid at set powers only
- Battery type unstated
Performance notes
The fiber gathers ambient light while the battery adds glow for dim conditions, so the reticle stays visible across a day. Because it lives in the second focal plane, hold references only match at designated power settings.
