Overview
The Extended SCM-S1000WB is a black metal weight bench measuring about 43.3 inches deep, 12 inches wide and 17.4 inches tall.
A 12 inch width is narrow next to a standard flat bench, which points to this being built for a smaller footprint rather than wide stance work. The metal frame and compact size suit tight training spaces over general purpose use.
- 43.3 inch depth
- 12 inch width
- 17.4 inch height
- Metal build
Who it's for
Lifters with limited floor space who want a compact metal bench. Not ideal for anyone wanting a wide, standard sized flat bench.
Pros and cons
- Compact footprint saves floor space
- Metal frame construction
- 12 inch width is narrow versus standard benches
- May feel less stable for wide stances
Performance notes
At roughly 43 inches deep but only 12 inches wide, the SCM-S1000WB trades width for a smaller footprint than a standard flat bench, which can affect stability during wide stance or heavily loaded movements.
