Overview
Swapping an old showerhead for a square matte black rain face takes minutes with this Delta fixed head and a standard connection. Rubber-tipped spray holes let you rub off calcium and lime with a finger.
A modern square look, water-saving flow and easy cleaning are the case for it. There is only one spray pattern, and the part number in the title does not match the spec sheet.
Who it's for
Homeowners refreshing a bathroom in black fixtures get a simple overhead spray. People who like switching between spray patterns need a multi-setting head.
Pros and cons
- Installs with no special tools
- Wipe-clean spray holes
- Corrosion-tested matte finish
- Lifetime limited warranty
- Only one spray setting
- Part number differs title to specs
- Arm and flange not included
Performance notes
Spray feel at a capped flow depends on how the water is shaped through the face, and this head spreads it over a wide square raincan. Mineral build-up blocks holes over time, and the flexible nozzles let you clear it by hand.
