Overview
Hung on the handlebar, this Healifty basket gives a cyclist or student a place for small items up front. The copy describes an antique rattan look and a smooth surface that wipes clean.
A coated interior and a light plastic body suit short rides and light loads. The material is plastic in the spec but aluminum alloy in the highlights, and no load limit is given, so keep expectations modest.
Who it's for
Short trips with a bag, a book or small groceries in mind are the match. Riders carrying heavy loads, or wanting a real woven basket, should look at another type.
Pros and cons
- Light grey body
- Water-resistant coated interior
- Smooth surface wipes clean
- Handlebar mount fits many bikes per the copy
- Load limit not listed
- Materials conflict in the listing
- Included items marked as described
- Handlebar fit range not stated
Performance notes
A handlebar mount puts the weight on the steering, so heavier loads change how the bike handles. The shell and mounting points decide how well it holds shape and stays put. A coated interior helps against damp items.
