Overview
Eight pound test Spectra braid fills this 150 yard PowerPro 21100080150Y spool, finished in hi-vis yellow. It suits anglers who want a thin, easy to track mainline rather than a low visibility finish.
Spectra braid packs more strength into a thinner diameter than mono at the same test rating, and the hi-vis yellow finish makes the line easy to follow on the water rather than blend into it.

- 150 yard spool
- Spectra braid
- Hi-vis yellow
Who it's for
Anglers who want a thin, high visibility braided mainline in a light 8lb test. Not suited to those needing a low visibility finish for clear water finesse work.
Pros and cons
- Thin diameter for 8lb test
- High visibility yellow finish
- 150 yard spool
- Hi-vis color is not suited to clear water finesse fishing
- Braid needs a leader in most abrasion-prone spots
Performance notes
Being Spectra braid rather than mono, it has far less stretch, so bites and bottom contact transmit more directly through the line.
