Overview
Kong's Frog is a connector for climbing bolts that snaps onto the bolt when pushed on, and this quickdraw pairs it with a D-shape wire lock carabiner on a nylon sling. The listing says the Frog is also sold alone or with a bent gate carabiner.
Snapping onto the bolt makes the first clip secure and helps with stick clipping, which sets this apart from a plain quickdraw. The listing offers no strength ratings or use instructions.
Who it's for
Experienced sport climbers comfortable with clip-in hardware. Newcomers should learn proper technique before using any quickdraw.
Pros and cons

Performance notes
Pushing the Frog onto the bolt snaps it closed, so the attachment point is secure before the climber commits to the clip. The sling length sets how far the rope runs from the bolt.
