Overview
A foldable roman-chair style bench for back extensions and core work, with height-adjustable pads and leg rollers, built to fold flat for storage between sessions.
- Height-adjustable upholstered back and leg pads
- Pivoting foam leg rollers
- Compact folding frame for storage
- Muuv app with guided workouts and assembly videos
Who it's for
Works well for average-to-tall users wanting a foldable back extension bench that holds real weight plates.
Pros and cons
- Sturdy at the price point, holds heavier plates without flex
- Folds flat for storage
- Non-slip handlebars and padded rollers
- Straightforward assembly for most users
- Shortest pad setting still too long for some users under 5-foot-6
- Footrest and pad positioning takes some trial and error
Performance notes
Height-adjustable back and leg pads let you set the fold point of the body for back extensions, with foam leg rollers meant to hold the ankles steady. The frame folds flat afterward rather than staying assembled full time.
