Overview
The Coleman Broadband Mesh Quad Chair is a folding camp chair with a cooling mesh back, a steel frame and adjustable arm heights, rated to hold up to 250 pounds and packed with its own carry bag.
This is Coleman's straightforward quad-leg camp chair rather than a recliner or rocker, built around a steel frame with a mesh panel down the back so air can reach you on hot afternoons. The cup holder is built into the mesh instead of being a separate accessory, and the chair folds down small enough for its carry bag.
- Cooling mesh back panel
- Adjustable arm heights
- Steel frame supports up to 250 lbs
- Includes carry bag and 1-year limited warranty
Who it's for
Fits campers, tailgaters and anyone who wants a simple, sturdy seat for a firepit or patio rather than a specialized backpacking chair. It is not the choice for anyone prioritizing minimum pack weight, since a steel frame trades some weight for strength.
Pros and cons
- Mesh back panel improves airflow on hot days
- Adjustable arm height fits different users
- Built-in mesh cup holder
- Folds into its own carry bag
- Steel frame adds weight compared to aluminum camp chairs
- 250 lb capacity is lower than some heavy-duty folding chairs
Performance notes
The steel frame supports up to 250 pounds while the mesh back panel lets air pass through to cool you on warm days. Arm height adjusts to fit different users, the seat measures 21.3 inches wide with an 18.1 inch sitting height, and the chair folds into its carry bag for transport.
