Overview
A far-reach shaft and an auxiliary handle come with it.
Skipping the battery suits anyone with a compatible one already, and the transmission and spool system target stubborn weeds and uninterrupted trimming. A first-time buyer has to add a battery and charger before first use.
Who it's for
Owners of the matching battery platform adding a trimmer to their tools. People starting from zero should buy a package that includes the battery.
Pros and cons
- PowerDrive transmission for thick weeds
- Automatic Feed Spool
- Far-reach long shaft
- Auxiliary handle included
- Battery and charger not included
- Runtime depends on the battery you add
Performance notes
The PowerDrive transmission increases torque for thick overgrowth, and the Automatic Feed Spool removes the need to advance line by hand. Runtime depends entirely on the separate battery used with it.
