Overview
A 2.5 gallon bulk container of earthbath's fragrance-free, hypoallergenic dog shampoo, formulated for sensitive skin and diluted at a 33:1 ratio for grooming use.
The 2.5 gallon size and 33:1 dilution ratio point this toward groomers or multi-dog households rather than a single at-home bath, since properly diluted it stretches into a large number of washes. It's labeled cruelty free and made in the USA. This listing appears under a cat shampoo category, but the title and product name identify it as a dog shampoo, so that's the description followed here.
- 2.5 gallon bulk container
- Dilutes at a 33:1 ratio
- Fragrance-free, hypoallergenic formula
- Cruelty free, made in the USA
Who it's for
Groomers, kennels, or multi-dog households needing a bulk, fragrance-free shampoo for sensitive-skinned dogs, rather than someone bathing one dog occasionally.
Pros and cons
- Fragrance-free formula for sensitive skin
- 2.5 gallon size dilutes 33:1 for many washes
- Cruelty free and made in the USA
- Bulk size and dilution setup add inconvenience for a single at-home bath
- Listing provides no further ingredient detail
Performance notes
At a 33:1 dilution, one part shampoo mixes with 33 parts water before application, which is how the 2.5 gallon size extends across many washes rather than being used at full strength. The fragrance-free formulation targets dogs prone to skin reactions from scented products.
