Overview
HP builds this compact color laser for small offices that print professional color documents with automatic duplex. A small touchscreen runs built-in apps, and phones print by NFC tap or wireless direct without joining the network.
NFC and wireless direct make guest and phone printing simple without network access. It only prints, and speed is moderate for busy teams.
Who it's for
Small offices and home businesses printing color handouts get duplex, security and mobile printing. Teams needing scans should choose an all-in-one.
Pros and cons
- Color laser output
- NFC and wireless direct
- Ethernet and wireless
- Private print security
- Single input tray
Performance notes
Color quality comes from fused toner, which holds text crisp and resists smudging. High-yield cartridges stretch the interval between swaps, which matters more than speed for small offices.
