Overview
Not a bulky office machine, this HP color laser fits on a desk and still prints both sides of a page on its own. It connects wirelessly or by USB and uses HP toner cartridges in four colors.
Duplex speed and a small footprint make it practical for home offices printing color handouts and forms. The HP Smart app handles setup, cloud printing and toner orders from a phone. There is no built-in scanner or copier.
Who it's for
Freelancers and small teams who want color pages and a compact footprint get an easy wireless printer. Offices that scan and copy daily should choose an all-in-one model instead.
Pros and cons

Performance notes
Duplex speed governs how quickly double sided jobs finish, and the input tray size sets how often paper needs topping up. Wireless printing through the app depends on a steady home network.
