Overview
The Golden Icepure RWF0300A is an activated carbon replacement filter carrying IAPMO certification. It ships as a single unit with no pitcher or dispenser attached, meaning it is meant to slot into an existing filtration system rather than stand alone.
Icepure sells largely into the aftermarket replacement space, and the data here does not list which specific systems or original manufacturer part numbers this cartridge is built to fit. Anyone buying it should cross-check the housing or OEM part number on their current system before ordering, since compatibility is not spelled out in the listing.
- IAPMO certification
- Activated carbon media
- Single-pack cartridge
- Dimensions approximately 11 x 2.44 x 7.28 in
Who it's for
Fits buyers replacing a cartridge in a system that already accepts a filter of this size and carbon type, provided they have confirmed the fit against their existing housing first. Not a fit for anyone shopping without knowing their system's compatible part number, since no cross-reference list is given here.
Pros and cons
- Activated carbon filtering media
- Compact cartridge sized for direct system replacement
- No listed compatibility or OEM cross-reference in the data
- Sold as a single filter, no multipack option here
Performance notes
Water flows through the activated carbon media inside the cartridge, which is the stage most commonly responsible for reducing taste and odor issues in tap water. IAPMO certification indicates the product has been evaluated against a recognized plumbing standard.
