Overview
Lexmark packs a compact monochrome laser with Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB into a small footprint for a home office or small team. A two-line LCD shows status, and automatic two-sided printing saves paper.
Small size and wireless printing make it easy to place on a desk or shelf. Steel frames and security features suit business use. It has no scanner or copier.
Who it's for
Remote workers and small offices printing reports and forms suit the compact design. Users who also scan documents need an all-in-one.
Pros and cons
- Wi-Fi plus wired options
- Steel frame build
- Print only, no scanner
- Starter toner is limited
- Basic two-line display
Performance notes
Speed comes from the laser engine, and duplexing slows output somewhat. Starter toner runs out sooner than full cartridges. Wi-Fi printing depends on signal strength at the printer.
