Overview
The USSC Grills USG350 is a wood pellet smoker in black, weighing 98 lb with a 22.8 x 43 x 40.4 inch body built for stationary outdoor placement rather than travel.
Pellet smokers feed wood pellets automatically to hold a set temperature, generally easier to keep steady than charcoal for long low and slow cooks. The USG350's weight and footprint point to a permanent patio setup rather than a portable option.
- Fuel: wood pellets
- Weight: 98 lb
- Dimensions: 22.8 x 43 x 40.4 in
Who it's for
Fits smokers wanting hands-off temperature control who are ready to give the USG350 a fixed spot outdoors. Not for anyone who needs to move a smoker between locations, given the 98 lb weight.
Pros and cons
- Pellet fuel allows more consistent hands-off temperature control
- Sizable 22.8 x 43 x 40.4 in body for larger cook loads
- 98 lb weight rules out easy portability
Performance notes
Wood pellet fuel automates temperature holding better than charcoal typically allows, useful for long smoking sessions, though the fixed 98 lb build trades away portability.
